Sylfirm Microneedle and Radiofrequency treatment
Sylfirm combines high end microneedling with radiofrequency to give two methods of skin improvement. It is the first FDA-approved pulsed and continuous wave radiofrequency treatment with microneedling. It is great for anti-aging, pigmentation, acne scarring, neck changes, decolletage, and redness. It is more comfortable with less downtime than other treatments, and is good on all skin types.

What does the treatment look like?
The actual treatment takes about an hour.
- We like to have you pre-treat with topical numbing medication for 45 minutes. You can do that in our lovely clinic in our massage chairs or come in prior and get a take-home container with numbing cream.
- The microneedling /RF treatment is done on the face, eyelids, neck, and decolletage. It has minimal discomfort, though you may feel little pinpricks.
- Then exosomes and red light are applied.
- When you leave, your skin may look a little red or flushed. You can proceed with daily activities.
- Ideally, you do two to three treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart.
