NAD+
Best SellerWHAT: “NAD+” stands for Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide, a critical co-enzyme found in every cell in your body. NAD is involved in hundreds of metabolic processes, including cellular energy and mitochondrial health. Our bodies naturally make NAD+, but enzyme production declines with age. Reduced levels of NAD+ appear to play a crucial role in the development of metabolic dysfunction and age-related diseases.
We deliver NAD+ by intravenous therapy (IV) to absorb actual NAD+.
We also deliver NAD via its precursor NMN. This powder, mixed with niacinamide and D-ribose, is a highly tested and regulated product shown to increase NAD levels.

Iron Infusion
WHAT: IV iron is Ferrlecit. It is an intravenous form of iron therapy using ferric gluconate, used for those with iron deficiency anemia.
This is good for those with a hemoglobin under 11.0gm/dl or hematocrit under 33% documented by a blood test within the last 30 days. You must be cleared for the infusion by a Biohackr physician or nurse practitioner.
IV therapy increases blood counts by about 300% more compared to oral iron therapy.

As for why to buy supplements from us, the herbal and supplement industry is unregulated. When you buy a vitamin or herbal supplement, unless it is certified by a third party like USP or NSF, you do not know what you are taking.
It is important to be methodical in your approach to vitamins. More is not always better. You should test levels (available at Biohackr Health with our lab for D, hormone levels, micronutrient levels) to help figure out dosage.
